Return Policy

Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return the goods. Please email us to let us know, post the item back within 14 days of receipt to our address below and we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. We will notify you the status of your return as soon as we received and inspected the products.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us ‘immediately’ so that we can arrange a replacement. For insurance purposes, we also need to have photographic evidence of the damage to the product / the packaging and will also require the damaged goods and original packaging to be returned to us before we can ship a replacement to you. If the item is out of stock, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Any opened, used or products damaged by customer are neither refundable.

Please wrap the items very securely in original packaging and use insured / registered delivery, keeping the postal receipt in case of any damage in transit.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Shipping

Local Delivery (United Kingdom)

Free local delivery (within UK) upon any purchase with a net transaction value of GBP60.00 or more. For order less than GBP60.00, GBP5.00 will be charged for delivery per order.

The estimated delivery time of your order will be approximate 3 working days from the date of your receipt of confirmation of acceptance of your order together with dispatch details. Please note that delivery of the order(s) will be processed by third party carriers, so we do not guarantee the accuracy of the expected date of delivery. The actual delivery date may be longer than the estimated delivery date as mentioned.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused when orders are left at the door or at the security/management office upon customer's request.

Overseas Delivery

For overseas order, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We currently shipping internationally on a ‘DDU’/ DAP (delivery and duties unpaid) basis. Every country will have their own VAT, duties and customs handling fees, so you will be responsible for paying additional fees (usually to the postal service) before your order is delivered.
