Once the acceptance of order is delivered to the email address you provide to us, the products purchased are not returnable unless damages are found.
You may return the damaged item within 7 days from the date you received it. Please record the damage by photos and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you the status of your return as soon as we received and inspected the products. If eligible, we shall replace with a new item whenever possible. If the item is out of stock, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Any opened, used or products damaged by customer are neither refundable.
Local Delivery (Hong Kong)
Free local delivery upon any purchase with a net transaction value of HKD500 or more. For order less than HKD500, HKD35 will be charged for delivery per order.
The estimated delivery time of your order will be approximate 3 working days from the date of your receipt of confirmation of acceptance of your order together with dispatch details. Please note that delivery of the order(s) will be processed by third party carriers, so we do not guarantee the accuracy of the expected date of delivery. The actual delivery date may be longer than the estimated delivery date as mentioned.
We can deliver to commercial or residential addresses within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and all outlying islands). Delivery service is not applicable to locations that cannot be directly accessed by courier trucks.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused when orders are left at the door or at the security/management office upon customer's request.
For overseas order, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
